All the staff was helpful, tackled my issues. The hotel was in a favourable location near a la carte restaurants, Mexico, and the bars. It also was in the middle of jackson.

It has well-equipped and huge rooms and a nice pool. Staff is service-oriented and helpful and you can park your car on-site.

The rooms were huge and absolutely fabulous, had hair dryers, a walk-in shower and terry bathrobes. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the bars, and a la carte restaurants.

The property was absolutely great, offered well-equipped and huge rooms. The restaurant was good for grilled sea food, we ordered quality dishes.

Beautiful property, well-maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Loved the infinity pool and core zone. Amazing service from Juan at surf club, and shout out to Victor and Carlos. Access to rooftop and adult pool a plus. Stayed in upgraded rooms, loved the ocean view and amenities. Never left the property, app was useful for restaurant info. Prompt room cleaning and good facilities.

I would say it's brilliant place for staying and exploring Cancun. And it's 12 miles from Isla Mujeres airport. The room is huge and spacious, and the staff is service-minded.

Great way to end our trip. Good location in the middle of jackson, easy to get around. Just next door to a la carte restaurants, cancun and Mexico. Good choice of great options for meal.
